There are many Activation issues. And the solutions to repair this seems like issues from Windows 95 times.
It's not acceptable to have problems that could be solved by deleting data managed by draftsight. A repair Program should be able to detect such problem and repair them or better, Draftsight should not let such errors happened:
C:\\Users\\%username%\\AppData\\Roaming\\DraftSight
C:\\ProgramData\\Dassault Systemes\\DraftSight
It's not acceptable that there is no log-file/Status Message that tell where and why the activation problem happened.
Activation Mails should not need days until they arrive.
It's not acceptable that there is a need for Administration right to permanently enter some Proxy settings with a n editor into ProxyServerConfig.xml
