I was charged \\\$69.00 for the new annual license for the pdf import tool for Draftsight in October 2019. I was never sent the product key to activate the tool. I have emailed support many times and all I got from them was one message stating my license expired on October 5, 2019. I know that, but I was charged \\\$69.00 on October 5 for the 2019/2020 license.
