I am not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask this question. But this community is the only link to any type of support available before purchase. Which doesn't really help me because my question has to do with purchasing DraftSight.

It is a fairly simple question, but one I need answered BEFORE I purchase the software. Is the only difference between Professional and Premium the ability to do 3D modeling? Is all the 2D functions of Premium available in Professional? I installed the free trial, but it is premium, and I want to know everything I am LOSING (in addition to 3D), should I purchase Professional.

For example. I think I saw some G-Code functionality in the free trial, as well as the ability to quickly trace raster into vector. Will these functions exist in Professional? And these are just the functions I picked up on. I'm sure there's more.

Can anyone help me with this question?
