I paid for Professional and it doesn't work

I purchased Draftsight Professional. I can no longer open the program. According to the less than helpful online resources, the only way I can contact customer service for help is to refer to the activation email. I no longer have that. I have the receipt for the purchase, but there's no contact information. I get that this is "free" software, so the customer service is lacking, but I did pay \\\$299 for this program, and now there's 0 support???? Really??? Any idea how I can reach a human, even if it's just an email address?
