I can't open a program, I don't even get the activation box to appear.

This is a 1st install of DraftSight on a new computer with Windows 10 PRO.
Each time I try to open the program, the logo window is shown, the DraftSight window is shown for about 2 seconds and after that the program closes immediately, I don't even get the activation screen. I have turned off the firewall, turned off virus protection, logged into a local user account, I also ran the install as ADmin, and ran the program as admin, removed the SWActivation in the registry....no success.
The matter is very important, because I use DraftSight practically every day and I have just changed my computer into a very powerful one, and here is such a surprise.
We are a design company (we design homes lighting) and we are just considering to purchasing the PRO version of your software, even the Director asked me to make a recommendation to buy.
