I have always used scripts and have tweeked both AutoCAD and Draftsight. I do this to make my own HVAC -tools as I haven't found a good HVAC -tool addon for this. I have issues with DS crashing often when I try to change the user interface profiles. When my program crashes, it starts again with no menus, so I need to reload from scratch and upload all my personal menus and settings. This is time consuming and frustrating. Primarily issues occur when taking away or adding menu items in the Customize - UI Profiles modification window. I was in hopes that the 2020 version would have cured these issurs, but they haven't. The other thing that I taught myself through trial and error that would be super useful in help is a list of scripting rules and guidelines. Script is a very useful tool for simple tasks, but there really is no help with useful examples other than one that shows how to draw a circle. With script I've got tools that do much much more. Could a more vast description of scripting be integrated into further versions easily? Maybe worth checking into? But, with all this said, I like your product and am happier now with it than with AutoCAD. Dale
