Please could you help with a activation problem I’m experiencing. I purchased Draftsight and it was running well. I have just had my computer formatted and a new hard-drive installed. When I try to re-activate I get the following massage. "Activation transaction failed: Activation count exceeded. Either deactivate a license from another computer and retry, or contact your reseller. (3/0)" Please can you advice how I re-activate?
