My draftsight cannot open files after I batch print? I know, sounds really odd. 

I reinstalled the program and it is still the same? I then reinstall windows 10 (takes forever) and draftsite, problem fixed until I use batch print again.

Once I have used batch print - I click on the open file icon or use file and open but the program just goes grey like it has crashed.

I can open files from clicking on them from outside the program but this is very unpractical.

I have now discovered I can open files by closing all of the others including blank page on start up but this is still very unpractical.

Once I use batch print, its appears to be changing something and this is not corrected by reinstalling the program.

I guess the question could be why cant I open more than 1 drawing?

Using Windows 10

I have Pro version - should I get support for this type of problem?
