this only occurred after recently I was asked to re-authorize my draftsight program. and ever since, multiple commands cannot be used, and the software crashes again and again (never occured before this re-authorization)

print, edit block, layer, create block... all these commands always display error. may I know what is going on and why this is happening all of a sudden?
