Error 1315 on install of DraftSight 2020 Pro. Unable to find support. Is there a phone number we can call?

Hello Community, We paid real-money for DraftSight 2020 Pro and it fails the install every time. The IT department has given up on this and we are unable to find a phone number for support for this. Is there phone number we can call for help getting this installed???? If Not, is there a phone number we can call for getting our paid "real-money" re-imburst?
