I have been using Draftsight since more than 4 years now. I usually find that when using Etrack if my pointer is over some object, the Etrack point or the distance you type from the snap point of the entity is not recognized. e.g. if I draw a horizontal line. Now I want to draw another line starting @-5,0 from the end point, generally I would prefer to use Etrack that will track the end point of the line & will move the cursor to the side on which I want to take the distance & input the distance (i.e. 5) & hit a space bar. However, whenever I try to do that with my cursor over the line, no matter whatever distance you input, it doesn't the expected point, but takes the end point only. However, if you display the etracking of the endpoint of the line & point in x direction away from the line & input "-5", it will take the desired point.
Is this a bug, or some settings need to be changed? can somebody help?
