I purchase Draftsight Professional February 2018. I need to reinstall it after an operating system issue. I have activation emails I tried to respond to but it came back "mailbox full." I've been throuogh numerous webpages here trying to get some help but they seem designed to frustrate the customer of this product. How do I get some help.
