It was my understanding that DraftSight was going to a pay-to-play model. If that is the case, do the people that have a SOLIDWORKS subscription need to start paying for the DraftSight software? If so, when & how?

I also have one non-SOLIDWORKS user that wants to have DraftSight. What is the best option for this user? Should I make a switch to an enterprise version of DraftSight because I have a number of users that would like to continue to occasionally use the DraftSight software? All of these users have SOLIDWORKS subscriptions except for the one.
