Draftsight not starting

Anyone know why my Draftsight will not open. Purchased Professional package in January 2020. Will not open and I know my Windows operating system did a few updates the past week. Haven't used Draftsight for a month, so not sure if Windows updates are the issue. Worthless support on this Dtartsight. Not a decent email to use or any contract phone number. Please anyone got an idea or decent contact. Thanks.
