This all happened while in the DraftSight free version

• Opened a component print drawing (.dwg)
• Added and updated dimensions and callouts
• Inserted a text “Note” for a press fit callout
• Clicked checkmark in lower, right corner of text editor bar
• Program went black and froze
• Closed file without saving
• Error message comes up when I start the program or when I open a .dwg file (see next bullet point)

• A premium add-in EPDMDraftSight.dll has been detected and will not be loaded, premium add-ins are not permitted in the free version of DraftSight.

  
  

• An add-in was never installed
• The same install file was tried on another computer and no issues with the software
• Uninstalling/Reinstalling of version 2.1 tried, but to no avail, comes to the same error issue after immediately starting the program
• Uninstalling/installing new version SP3 tried, but to no avail, comes to the same error issue after immediately starting the program
