Draftsight activation error

After I installed Draftsight 2018 SP3 and entered the information to activate it via e-mail. After receiving the e-mail and using the link provided in the e-mail, the following webpage pops up as follows:

"Error

There was an error process your registration.

Visit the DraftSight Community and review the iQuestions for possible solutions, or to report a problem"

Please advise.
