Have a new PC, Installed SolidWorks 2015 Works as it should. Installed Draftsight 2018 SP1.0 Splash Screen appears, goes away and a window flashes up disappears as quickly and nothing. Tried installing DS2016 SP2.0. Same problem. Win 10 has just updated with no roll back.

Have uninstalled and cleaned our registry several times.

Has any body found a solution to this type of problem
