I work as an archaeological illustrator and most of my work with Draftsight involves tracing raster images. It would be a big help not to be able to snap to a raster image on a locked layer or, when DisplayImageFrame is off, not to be able to snap to it. Another couple of issues in descending order of annoyance: it isn't possible to trim more than one object at a time with a raster in the background and to switch off the padlock symbol for a layer that is locked would be good since it's on all the time when tracing.
