Application crashing

Is this really the only support for this product? I can't find a number or support email address anywhere on this site. I have a zip file crash log with nothing decipherable that I've sent repeatedly to performance@draftsight.com with no response for a week. My client has a paid version of the newest version of Draftsight and the program no longer opens even after a reinstall. Does anyone have a support email or phone number?
