I have been using various previous versions of Darftsight. I downloaded the latest Draftsight 2020 for Mac and when I launched, I got the activation window.
Entered the serial given on the download webpage: 9000 0110 0083 7575 2QYX RH7C
Clicked Next, Clicked activate automatically over the internet
I keep getting the following:
"Draftsight activation failed"

General activation error.
Please visit DraftSight Support for further assistance.

I am running OS 10.12.6 on a Macpro, 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3.

Previous version Draftsight 2019 worked perfectly until this morning when I got a message that it had expired.

Any ideas?
