My IT guy was able to get the uninstall to work and reinstall the software and all is well now! If you understand the command window like he does you can also do this and if you need more help email me a jackmeola@eze-equipment.com. If you are experiencing the same problem as above the Draftsight.msi is missing a file named swinstactsvc.exe file to so the install or uninstall chain is broken till this file is put back into the Draftsigh.msi. He downloaded the system file from the sight and unzipped all of the files that make up the exe file till he found swinstactsvc.exe copied it and place it into the program file on my computer and we then could finish the uninstall. We reinstalled the sp3 version and activated it and all works well now.
