Delmia's 'Multi-axis flank contouring' toolpath keeps failing without any error message. The error log says "Drive surface 1" is the likely problem, but the drive surface is just a face and has been selected as such. The faces on the edge of the contour are the drive surfaces.

Due to proprietary reasons I am not at liberty to include any part files. I've examined several different instructional materials on this toolpath and there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with my selections.

The objective is to mill the outer profile of a large, thin, panel-like part. The edges of this part are tapered, so 'flank contouring' appears to be the appropriate toolpath.

Is there anything critical that I need to know about the flank contouring toolpath? Something obvious that I could be missing?
