To remove a printer from CISPro it should be removed from the label printer client and the CISPro web application.

Remove from Print Client

• Open the BIOVIA CISPro Label Printing Client and go to the Setup Tab
• Double Click the printer to be removed.
• When the Printer Setup details open, select “Delete This Printer” > OK > Save Settings

Remove from CISPro Web Application:

• Log into CISPro and from Select a View menu, click System > Printers.
• Click on the Name of the Printer you wish to delete and under Options > Delete
