Cancel and refund your Subscription

For eligible orders, you have the option to cancel and receive a refund by going to https://my.3dexperience.3ds.com/my-account/orders and click the Cancel button.

 

If you are from India, automatic cancellation is not available. However, you can still request a cancellation through an Online Support Form.

 

If you are not eligible for the cancellation and refund, you will see 'This order cannot be cancelled as it does not meet our refund policies'. 

The hyperlink "Refund policy" opens a pop-in at the bottom of the screen:

After you click the Cancel button, you will be prompted to enter the reason for cancellation and it would help us to improve the product. When the cancellation is confirmed, you will see 'This order has been cancelled(order number)' on https://my.3dexperience.3ds.com/cnb/my-account/orders and a confirmation email will be sent to your email.
