Introducing RFP (Request for Proposals)
You can now create and manage RFP (Request for Proposal) in the RFx Management app to request solution-based proposals, collect technical responses, and keep commercial terms separate.

Benefits: This enables more robust supplier evaluation than RFIs and RFQs speeds sourcing decisions.

Reviewing RFP Responses
You can now view each suppliers RFP response individually from the 'RFP Responses' sub section of the 'Responses' tab.

Benefits: You can cut review time and avoid cross-supplier confusion, so evaluation becomes faster and accurate.

Marking Responses as Done with Comments
You can now mark a response as done for an RFP directly from the section header in the Responses tab and add a review comment.

Benefits: You can complete the review and add a comment in a single step, eliminating extra navigation and ensuring the comment stays permanently attached to the response.

Requesting Updated Responses
You can request an updated response from a supplier when reviewing an RFP using 'Request an updated Response' command from the 'RFP Responses' header.

Benefits: You reduce manual follow‑ups and receive supplier responses that better match your feedback.

Managing Sections in RFP and RFP Template
You can create, view, modify, and delete sections available in the 'Content' tab an RFP and RFP template.

Benefits: Streamlines RFP setup and reduces configuration time by simplifying section management.

Modifying RFx Due Dates and Responses
You can adjust the due date of a submitted RFx directly from the identity card, and allow suppliers to modify response directly from the 'Supplier Connect' portal before the deadline.

Benefits: This reduces delays and eliminates the need to cancel and recreate the RFx.
