To update:

1. Open the Device Manager (you can find it by going to the Start menu and typing "Device Manager" into the Search programs and files box.

2. Expand the Display adapters node

3. Right-click on the adapter (e.g. NVIDIA, Intel)

4. Click on Update driver and select "Search automatically for updated driver software"

This will install latest graphics card driver for your system.

To reinstall:

1. Visit the graphics card manufacturer website (NVIDIA\\AMD\\Intel) and download the correct driver for your machine.

 2. Uninstall the existing driver and all NVIDIA® or ATI™ products. Use Control Panel > Programs and Features

 a. During the uninstall of NVIDIA drivers, choose to remove NVIDIA profiles if you see a prompt to.

 3. Restart the machine

 4.  Install the driver you download in step 1.

 5. Restart the machine again.
