Sharing Starter kit of Setup for Tubing design

Important to ready before

Concerning Tubing Setup we we are going to distinguish :

• 2 group of data : 
  • Setup Resources : Standard, Material Specifications + design rules definition
  • Components  : 2D Symbol, 3D Parts (that can be organized in catalogs or libraries)   
• 2 profiles : 2D Schematic and 3D design

It is important to know that Tubing 2D Schematic and Tubing 3D are sharing some common Setup Resources (like Nominalsize list table, ...) and these Setup Resources are set through the Piping 3D Discipline resources. So it is why we have decided to share resources for 2D and 3D together.  

In the bellow Pages we are providing content through 3 differents sharing methods

•  "all in one" small Starter Kit for 2D and 3D containing the Setup Resources and the component catalog
  • limited but ready to use
    • import 3D XML, attach the resource set to you Collaborative space with Datasetup App and play with it
• Separeted 2D-3D Setup resources + 2D Schematic Symbol catalog + 3D Components
  • extended content
  • 2D : ready to use for Schematic
    • import the two 3D XML, attach the resource set to you Collaborative space with Datasetup App and play with it
  • 3D :
    • if imported "as Reference" (read only): import the different 3D XML, attach the resource set to you Collaborative space with Datasetup App and play with it
    • if imported "as new reference" to be able to modify it : import the different 3D XML, attach the resource set to you Collaborative space with Datasetup App ,  need link reroot between Piping Specification and Part Catalog, see dedicated procedure (here)
• In addition we are provide also 3D XML of diferent exemple of Piping Part family that can be used as starting point to build your own library of components.
