I'm working on building a new workstation for Abaqus.  I currently have an Intel Core i9-12900KF 3.2 GHz and it works perfectly for large Abaqus/Explicit applications.

I'm wondering if any of you have had negative experiences with the newer generation Cpus 13900 or 14900 as they are known to have serious performance issue (at least in the gaming space).  Along those lines, what are thoughts on the new Intel Ultra series?

I've looked through the simulia cloud based systems and plenty of those systems have the Intel Ultra CPus noted.
