Hello everyone, I encountered an issue while working on composite material damage: the elements are not failing. As shown in the figure below, a cylindrical shell is subjected to axial torque, and damage evolution parameters have been assigned to the material. However, in the results, the status values are all 1. The attached file is the INP model. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.
