I would like to perform a simulation in two steps: first, an implicit thermomechanical simulation, followed by an explicit structural simulation. To reduce simulation time, I intend to run the first step using Abaqus/Implicit. The elements involved are hexahedral elements for the sealing component. However, this creates an issue because the *H element type is not supported for explicit analysis. I am using Abaqus 2025.

Could you suggest a good workaround for this problem, aside from running the entire simulation explicitly?
