Greetings,
My question is related to a previous topic you may find here,
CST Studio Suite extracts momentum as 'normalised momentum which does not have units'. And it seems the normalised momentum (let us denote as P) is written as,
P = beta*gamma = p/(m_0*c)
where beta is the velocity and gamma is the Lorentz factor. small `p' is momentum (has dimension), m_0 is mass of electron is c is speed of light. If we consider the P_z component, I would like to know is gamma factor actually gamma_z or total gamma? The ascii file is attached.
