We are currently experiencing an issue while setting up XTA on a customer's computer. We have downloaded and installed all the required components, and everything appears to be working except that we cannot connect the agent.
We have verified that all collaboration spaces, roles, and permissions are configured correctly. Initially, we thought the issue was caused by the administrator not having the Transition Assistant Enabler role assigned, but even after adding the role, the agent still does not connect.
Is there anything else we should check or be aware of during the setup process?
When I click "Test Agent", I receive the following error message:
"Agent validation failed. Check the agent ID or password."
