What is the difference between the CIU & CHP roles? My requirement is to see some basic Change related reports like below:

• How many Change Actions are:
  • Linked to a Change Request
  • Linked to a Change Order
  • Linked to an Issue
• How many changes:
  • Use approval routes vs. no routes
  • Follow “full governance” vs. minimal governance

I see that the change Intelligence app is available in both the roles. What is the basis of selecting one of these? Any guidance shall be helpful.
