Hello all,
Is it possible to map 3DEXPERIENCE Document attribute to Word / Excel file custom properties, in order to display them in the file itself (in the Word header/footer for example, and in Excel header/footer or in Cell) ?
I know it is possible with Collaboration with Microsoft, but we would like to avoid installing this on all client computers, and prefer going through the web interface of Document Management or Controlled Document Management.
I thought with Controlled Document Management it would be possible but I couldn't find out how.
One of the goal would be to display the revision in the header/footer of the native file, not only in PDF output (this is possible with Controlled Document with the overlay in PDF, we know about this). Because for example an Excel datasheet needs to be filled in, outside of the platform, for quality purpose. Having the revision in the file itself would reduce the risk of filling in the wrong revision.
