Modify Lifecycle of Bookmark

Dear community,

is it possible to modify the lifecycle of Bookmarks?
A customer of mine is using bookmarks to manage his projects. After completion of a project (all data released) the bookmark is set to maturity state "completed".

In case of resuage of the structure for another project, customer is creating branches. This branch of structure is automatically stored within the same bookmark and it face an issue due to the bookmark maturity.

The current way of working ias, that an admin demote the bookmark, structure is branches (and reuesd), structure is moved to another bookmark for new project and origin bookmark is again promoted to "completed"

1 point: is it possible to modify the maturity graph for bookmarks? currently all states are locked.

2.point: it would be helpfull if inside the advanced branch (or Copy) the target bookmark can be selected in web and native client (similar like for file based objects like word document or powerBy save as for CATIA V5 or SolidWorks), collaborative Space can be changed:

If someone has an alternative method to work with, it would be support us as well. Or shall we open an Enhancement Request?

Thank you
