Is there a way to retrieve the Resolved By relation between a Disposition and a Change Request?

The ideal scenario would allow to transfer automatically the affected item of a disposition to the Change request. If such automatism does not exist, it would be great to allow the coordinator of a CR to see the disposition attached to the CR and pick the afffected item from there.

PS: we have the same issue with CA.
