Hi,

We want to implement few mandatory route tasks during the change management process i.e. during the change action implementation.

We have brainstormed on below possibilities which has its pros and cons:

• Collaborative Tasks - Creating collab tasks in the context of that change. But, there is no dependency between completion of those tasks with the completion of the CA. No blocking mechanism , no governance. It needs manual governance by the Change owner.
• Custom trigger on CA promotion → create Route using Business logic in between the maturity states of CA i.e. triggering route tasks while we move the CA to In work - 

Is there any other better way or guidance from DS in order to introduce tasks in between the maturity states of CA that could work on Premise and on cloud both?
