Does 3DExperience support specific physical product attributes that can be modified even when the part is released?

Example of use case:

• Description is usually just a human readable attribute with no hard relevancy. In case a typo is found, could it be edited without creating an item revision?
• Custom attribute: cost. If we have a custom attribute such as "cost" that is synced with our ERP to get the latest purchase price of an item, through a 3rd party integration, it would be nice if this could be updated even when the part is released.
• Custom attribute: development maturity. A part can transition development maturity, even if its 3D data and metadata don't change. It would be nice to update this without creating a new revision.
