Hello everyone,

I’m working on an on‑premise 3DEXPERIENCE R2022x environment and trying to convert CATIA V5 files to STEP using the Derived Output function inside the Product Structure Editor (web client).

I currently have the Engineering Data Exchange Manager (EXH) license, and I would like to understand the following:

• Is the EXH license alone sufficient to generate STEP files using Derived Output in the web client?
• Or, is an additional conversion server / backend service required to perform CATIA V5 → STEP conversion in an on‑prem installation?

If anyone has experience with this setup or can confirm the licensing/server requirements, it would be greatly appreciated.
