I have a question regarding deviation management in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

We are currently using 3DEXPERIENCE Public Cloud, and our preference is to leverage out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality as much as possible rather than building custom solutions.

Is there a specific app or role in 3DX designed to create, manage, and maintain deviations?

For example:

• An app dedicated to deviation tracking

• Or a recommended OOTB approach for deviation management

If anyone has implemented this in 3DX (especially in Public Cloud), I would appreciate suggestions on:

• Which app/role is typically used

• Best practices for managing deviations

Any guidance or experience would be greatly appreciated.
