Document Management in 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) to edit, revise, and manage the complete lifecycle of documents such as work instructions, Excel files, etc. These documents are attached to process steps displayed on the shop floor, which typically requires them to be in PDF format. Could you please guide us on the most effective way to use the Microsoft Collaboration Client for editing documents within 3DX? Currently, PDFs cannot be edited directly, and files (Excel, PPT, etc.) cannot be converted to PDF unless they are uploaded from a drive. Clarification on this would help ensure effective use of the 3DX out of the box Document Management and Microsoft Collaboration Client capabilities.
