So, my issue is this. While I open up a functional drawing, and then look around and use the scrollbutton on my logitech mouse, it sometimes ends up as the top picture with the yellow diagonal line.

Dimensions disappear, text gets all messed up and lines wont show. When I mouseover them, they are still there and showing while I hold the cursor over the line or text, but as soon as I remove the cursor, it goes back to being messed up.

Anyone had this issue prior and know how to fix it? or is it just a complete reinstall that will fix this?
