Licensing question

Hello, 

 

this is my 5th year in Draftsight Professional, as a part of international company. Past years we had invoice and PO based payment, but the contact person has left the company, so we dont have access to the 3ds account.

How can we change the contact person to my license?

How can I get invoice we can pay?

(my license expires today, so it getting more and more serious 🙂 )

 

Submitted a sales contact form as well, but no response...
