Hi,

When I try two work with two screens (Windows 10) Draftsight doesn't work properly on the second screen. If I place the window on the main monitor it runs ok. But if I place the window on the external monitor, I can visualize correctly all the interface, I can pan and zoom, but the rest of the tools doesn't work (drawing tools, layer tools, etc.). 

Now I'm working with Draftsight 2021 SP1 on a Surface Pro7+ but this comes happening to me on previous machines since 2019 release, when I started using Draftshigt.
