I am currently on Draftsight Professional 2020 x64, and the problem I am having is that whenever I do certain things in draftsight (try to print to pdf, trying to modify the template, trying to re-enable snaps); the program will freeze and go to 0% usage on task manager (effectively crashing but not closing). This only happens when I am not working in the office and on a different wifi network, which makes me think it is trying to reference something from the network, failing to find it, and crashing because of it. I have tried turning on and off the vpn we use to test if that could be the cause, but it happens regardless of if I am connected to that or not. My hope is that this is something where I just need to change some reference file, but I am not sure.
