Subject: Floating toolbar auto-hides after updating to DraftSight 2026 SP2, SP1:Works correctly, SP2: Regression observed. 

After installing SP2, a floating horizontal toolbar no longer remains visible. Itauto -hides when clicking in the drawing area and is also hidden by CTRL+0. The toolbar must be manually reopened each time. Reinstalling SP1 immediatly restores correct behavior with no profile changes. this appears to be a regression in SP2 affecting floating toolbar persistence,. Requesting confirmation, workarround guidance, and scheduling a fix.

environement: windows 11, no plgins, default profile.
