I currently have 2 issues, one of which is critical. I would really appreciate it if someone could assist me with this matter. The license type I am using is a network license.(2019 sp3)
Critical Issue #1: Display problem
In the DraftSight working file, ghost/phantom lines appear. Even after reinstalling dozens of times, performing regedit cleanup, clearing registry or program files, and even reformatting, the display problem persists. When I zoom in or zoom out, the issue temporarily disappears but reappears immediately afterward. I am attaching a video recording regarding this issue.
Issue #2:
After the latest Windows updates, my Windows 10 and 11 users are prompted for administrator approval every time they try to run any program. Before the update, the software would run with a single click, but now administrator approval is required. Since I am using a domain environment, this is a problem for me.
