Why do companies like these make it impossible to contact them?

I have purchased a copy of draftsight professional via their website and paid for it but there is an issue with the e-mail on my receipt so I have received nothing but no matter how I try to contact them it doesn't work. Their support request page just goes to a constantly rotating circle and nothing happens.
