I deployed several Business rules in Machining Resources and Machining Business Logic using Data Setup App, following the instructions in the Wiki EKL Script Customization for DELMIA Fabrication ( Business Rule to Categorize Parameters in Parameter Panel)

No problem creating the "Wear parameters" subgroup in Technology and a second one in Geometry. 

However, I can't display the "User parameters" like in the video

I saw the note "Important Tip: User Parameters for Tools can be created by creating Custom Type and Custom Attributes on that type in Data Model Customization App (for On Premise) or in Enterprise IP Schema Specialization (for On Cloud)". I

I couldn't find any documentation, can you help?
