I am writing to report a critical issue regarding the distribution of exam tokens for the Mechanical Design Associate certification.

During a recent exam session, several students received an error message stating that there were no more tokens available. However, according to the platform dashboard, I should still have 974 tokens available for distribution (as shown in the attached screenshot).

This discrepancy is causing a major roadblock for us, as we have a strict schedule of upcoming exam sessions that must be completed by the end of June.

Could you please look into this issue as soon as possible and help us understand why the platform is blocking the students despite the available balance? Any guidance or fix to resolve this technical glitch would be greatly appreciated, as it is vital for our students to complete their certifications on time.
